▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An iron phosphide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene electrochemical sodium storage composite electrode comprises three-dimensional structure of reduced graphene oxide black gel in situ composite with iron phosphide particles. The iron phosphide particles are uniform, and have grain diameter of 30-80 nm. The graphene is modified graphene. The surface and interlayer are doped with nitrogen and phosphorus atoms. USE - Iron phosphide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene electrochemical sodium storage composite electrode. ADVANTAGE - The iron phosphide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene electrochemical sodium storage composite electrode can be prepared with low energy consumption in an economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of iron phosphide/nitrogen and phosphorus-doped graphene electrochemical sodium storage composite electrode, which involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding iron source to the graphene oxide solution, then adding nitrogen-containing organic compound and mixing, performing hydrothermal reaction, naturally cooling, freezing and drying to obtain nitrogen-containing graphene hydrogel, then adding phosphorus agent, then placing in a tubular furnace, inletting nitrogen or argon and carrying out annealing treatment to obtain composite nanomaterial, mixing composite nanomaterial as electrochemical storage active material with acetylene black and caking agent and stirring to prepare uniform slurry, then coating on a copper foil current collector, drying and rolling.
