NOVELTY - Preparation of porous material with functional graphene oxide film on surface involves immersing porous material in graphene oxide dispersion, taking out, and drying. USE - Preparation of porous material with functional graphene oxide film on surface for water purification (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not require complex equipment, cleaning treatment and hydrophilic treatment, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. The method makes full use of the silicate-type materials such as red bricks and concrete blocks which are hydrophilic, porous, and have strong adsorption. The porous material increases the surface area of graphene oxide material in contact with sewage, and improves the photocatalytic efficiency.
