NOVELTY - A back film comprises 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.8-3.2 pts. wt. ammonium phosphate, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. sodium tetraborate, 0.5-2.3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.4-1.5 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 1-3 pts. wt. soybean lecithin, 2-5 pts. wt. vegetable oil, 4-9 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-7 pts. wt. glycerin, 2-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-6 pts. wt. polybutadiene diol, 3-6 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, polymethyl methacrylate, t-butylstyrene, hexafluoropropylene, pentaerythritol stearate, monomethyl maleate, cellulose and solvent. USE - Back film for silicon solar panel. ADVANTAGE - The mechanical property, weatherability and adhesive property of the back film are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A back film comprises 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.8-3.2 pts. wt. ammonium phosphate, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. sodium tetraborate, 0.5-2.3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.4-1.5 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 1-3 pts. wt. soybean lecithin, 2-5 pts. wt. vegetable oil, 4-9 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-7 pts. wt. glycerin, 2-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-6 pts. wt. polybutadiene diol, 3-6 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 10-20 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. t-butylstyrene, 0.4-2.5 pts. wt. hexafluoropropylene, 0.1-0.8 pt. wt. pentaerythritol stearate, 0.4-1.5 pts. wt. monomethyl maleate, 2-4 pts. wt. cellulose and 5-10 pts. wt. solvent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of back film, which involves mixing graphene, ammonium phosphate, sodium tetraborate, zinc oxide, silicon carbide, soybean lecithin and vegetable oil, and smelting the mixture at 1200-1250 degrees C for 45-60 minutes, quenching the mixture in water and grinding, to obtain modified graphene, mixing modified graphene, titanium dioxide, glycerol, stearic acid, polybutadiene diol, dimethylolpropionic acid, polyvinylidene fluoride and polymethyl methacrylate, and ball milling, feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder and casting film, to obtain a base film, mixing tert-butylstyrene, hexafluoropropylene, pentaerythritol stearate, monomethyl maleate, cellulose, dispersant, solvent and ultrasonically dispersing, to obtain suspension, heating the base film at 90-110 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, applying suspension to the substrate film, and heating at 120-140 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, and cooling.
