NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene masterbatch involves (i) grinding graphene and blowing agent, uniformly dispersing at low temperature to obtain a graphene-blowing agent dispersion, (ii) spraying graphene-blowing agent dispersion into a spray condenser through a high pressure liquid nitrogen stream, laterally spraying high temperature melting and low-temperature condensing material into a spray condenser to form a transverse curtain, (iii) condensing transverse curtain and graphene-blowing agent dispersion into bead-like particles, and spraying into bottom of spray condenser. USE - Preparation of graphene masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene masterbatch with excellent dispersion property and agglomeration resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene masterbatch involves (i) grinding 60-70 pts. wt. graphene and 10-15 pts. wt. blowing agent, uniformly dispersing at low temperature to obtain a graphene-blowing agent dispersion, (ii) spraying graphene-blowing agent dispersion into a spray condenser in the form of a spray through a high pressure liquid nitrogen stream at the top of the spray condenser, laterally spraying high temperature melting and low-temperature condensing material in the form of a spray into a spray condenser to form a transverse curtain, (iii) rapidly condensing transverse curtain and graphene-blowing agent dispersion into bead-like particles, and spraying into bottom of spray condenser through high pressure liquid nitrogen stream.
