▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high permeability, ion exchange membrane, involves: 1) respectively preparing two main bodies carrying particles with opposite charge particles, designing cleaned and dried substrate surface with three-dimensional structure array, with enhanced permeability, repeatedly, alternately soaking particles carrying positive charge of main body, and particles carrying negative charge of main body, in dispersion liquid, ; 2) soaking and taking out each time and placing substrate surface in deionized water, depositing and forming thin film on surface of three-dimensional pattern structure of substrate, after soaking; 3) drying substrate, completely dissolving substrate with sufficient amount of polar solvent, taking out and removing polar solvent, after volatilizing or washing, to obtain the ion exchange film with three-dimensional structure array. The three-dimensional structure array is composed of three-dimensional structure of size several micrometer or nanometer dimensions. USE - Method is used for preparing high permeability, high biological, anti-pollution ion exchange film used in osmotic energy generating device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to introduce the three-dimensional structure array into the ion exchange membrane, and utilize conformal layer-by-layer self-assembly technology, to prepare an ion-exchange membrane. The membrane has excellent ion selectivity, greatly improved ion flux, and also has good biological antifouling performance which is conducive to the construction of high-efficiency osmotic power generation devices with long-term antifouling ability.
