NOVELTY - Organic thermal grease comprises 8-33.5 wt.% silicone oil, 68-90 wt.% thermal powder, 0.01-1 wt.% coupling agent, 0.01-2 wt.% thixotropic agent, 0.01-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, and 0.01-3 wt.% coupling agent, where silicone oil composed 69.2-91.9 wt.% vinyl silicone oil, 7.1-27.3 wt.% hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.5- 0.6 wt.% catalyst and 0.01-2 wt.% inhibitor. The vinyl silicone oil is composed of at least 3 different vinyl silicone oils, and each vinyl silicone oil comprises trimethoxy group or phenyl group. USE - Used as organic heat conducting grease. ADVANTAGE - The method increases rigidity of each component link in organic thermal grease to a certain extent, improves heat resistance of the organic thermal grease experimental verification proves that the organic thermal grease of the present invention can withstand a temperature of 150 degrees C for a long time. The oil powder does not separate, the oil yield is low, and the bonding performance is maintained well. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the organic thermal grease comprising stirring the vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, catalyst and inhibitor, proceeding in a vacuum environment, drying to obtain silicone oil; the silicone oil, coupling agent, thixotropic agent, leveling agent, and coupling agent are stirred, and adding and stirring thermally conductive powder to obtain organic thermally conductive grease.
