NOVELTY - The heater has a base (4) whose upper part is provided with a foaming rubber layer (5). The foaming rubber layer is provided with a heat pipe layer (1). The heat tube layer is provided with a heating pipe (3). An upper part of the heat tube layer is provided with a graphite heat-conducting layer (2). The graphene conducting layer is provided with an insulating layer (6). An upper part of the insulating layer is provided with a decorative layer (7). An inner part of the insulating layer is provided with a drying component that is formed with a through hole. A limiting rod is formed with a limit hole. USE - Graphene ground heater. ADVANTAGE - The heater realizes continuous area of desiccant for increasing a drying agent contact with a moist air to increase drying effect of a drying agent.
