The negative electrolyte comprises hydrogen ion or hydroxide ion. The special additive for inhibiting water activity. USE - Aqueous manganese ion secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous all-manganese secondary battery has excellent water activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aqueous all-manganese secondary battery comprises a single-liquid electrolyte or a double-liquid electrolyte, a positive current collector, and a negative current collector. The single-liquid electrolyte contains hydrogen (H+) ions, manganese (Mn2+) ions and special additive for inhibiting water activity. The double-liquid electrolyte contains positive electrode electrolyte containing hydrogen (H)ions and manganese (Mn2+) ions, and negative electrode electrolyte containing hydrogen (H+) ions or hydroxide (OH-) ions, manganese (Mn2+) ions, and special additives for inhibiting water activity.
