▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive paste comprises (1) pre-treating graphite uses a mixture of potassium permanganate and concentrated sulfuric acid to pretreat flake graphite and oxidation, (2) peeling off the oxidation product obtained in the step (1), adding reagent, mixing dimethylformamide and water in a certain volume ratio as a solvent and ultrasonic stripping, (3) replacing by adding a mixed solvent of cyclohexanone and terpineol for replacement, and (4) adding auxiliary agent, and dispersing and filtering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene conductive paste. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares dispersing excellent ink; enhances peeling of graphite flakes; provides stable inkjet printing; uses ethanol to adjust the viscosity and surface tension of the conductive paste to meet the requirements of inkjet printing. The paste: has high concentration and excellent stability; meets technical requirements of inkjet printing.
