NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional porous graphene/nano-zinc oxide modified nylon 6 fiber composition material comprises (a) preparing graphene oxide solution by Hummers method; (b) adding zinc sulfate heptahydrate solution, slowly dripping into the potassium hydroxide solution, and adding the washed and dried nylon 6, mixing and placing into the reactor and reacting at 110-140 degrees C, after the reaction, soaking and drying the nylon 6 in deionized water, then immersing in gamma -mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane to obtain modified nylon 6; (c) immersing modified nylon 6 in graphene oxide solution, and reducing hydrazine hydrate in the reaction kettle at 80-100 degrees C, after soaking in deionized water to obtain a composition hydrogel; and (d) drying the composition hydrogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional porous graphene/nano-zinc oxide modified nylon 6 fiber composition material. ADVANTAGE - The composition material: has strong oil absorption capacity and extremely long service life, has good hydrophobicity and lipophilicity, chemical corrosion resistance, large oil absorption, and is extremely practical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composition material, is prepared by the method of three-dimensional porous graphene/nano zinc oxide modified nylon 6 fiber composition material.
