NOVELTY - Graphene antistatic polyether ether ketone composite material comprises 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 60-75 pts. wt. polyether ether ketone, 4-6 pts. wt. polyaryletherketone coupling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. high temperature and oxidation resistance agent and 3-6 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - Graphene antistatic polyether ether ketone. ADVANTAGE - The graphene antistatic polyether ether ketone has good antistatic property, and ensures excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene antistatic polyether ether ketone composite material, which involves: (A) drying the PEEK powder by using a drying oven, controlling the drying temperature to be 60-200 degrees C, and drying time is 0.5-10 hours; (B) using high-speed mixer to mix graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes, polyether ether ketone, polyaryletherketone coupling agent, high-temperature antioxidant and compatibilizer, and mixing uniformly; (C) extruding mixed material and granulating by a twin-screw compounding extruder; (D) drying cut granular material, where temperature is set to 60-200 degrees C, and the drying time is 0.5-10 hours; and (E) using the conventional injection molding method, the secondary drying treatment of the granular material is injection molded, where the parameters of the injection molding machine are set to an injection temperature of 350-400 degrees C, an injection pressure of 30-120 mega pascal, and a storage pressure of 30 to 120 mega pascal, the mold closing pressure is 20 to 60 mega pascal, the mold temperature is 60 to 200 degrees C, and the screw rotation speed is 20 to 160 revolutions per minute.
