NOVELTY - The sensor has a flexible base plate (1) fixed with a lower metal electrode terminal (2). An oxidation graphene component (3) is connected with a metal electrode component (4), which is provided with another metal electrode component (5). Another oxidation graphene component (6) is connected with the lower metal electrode terminal. A connecting surface is formed with the former metal electrode component. A photo-etching glue layer is formed with a metal layer. An oxidation graphene film component is connected with the latter metal electrode component. USE - Temperature humidity sensor.
