NOVELTY - Method for preparing nickel-plated graphene/silver nickel electrical contact material, involves preparing nickel-plated graphene by direct-current magnetron sputtering on a surface of graphene, taking 0.1-5.0 wt.% nickel-plated graphene, 10-40 wt.% nickel powder having particle size of 300-450 mesh and remaining silver powder having particle size of 200-300 mesh, putting in a ball mill and milling the powder, mixing then transferring the powder into a mold, cold-press forming, sintering, and carrying out extrusion or rolling process. USE - Method for preparing nickel-plated graphene/silver nickel electrical contact material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nickel-plated graphene/silver nickel electrical contact material is prepared without reducing electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, while increasing the hardness of silver wear resistance and welding resistance.
