▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide/manganese ferrite binary nanocomposition absorbing materials comprises MnFe2O4 (manganese ferrite) nanoparticles which are uniformly loaded with cubic shape on surface of RGO (reduced graphene oxide) sheet. USE - Used as reduced graphene oxide/manganese ferrite binary nanocomposition absorbing materials. ADVANTAGE - The absorbing material is environmentally friendly, economical, and is simple in preparation process; as no toxic by-products, absorbs electromagnetic waves and absorbs the bandwidth BY adjusting the content of MnFe2O4 in the composition material and the thickness of the coating, ensures that the electromagnetic wave is absorbed in different wavelength bands which is important in the field of electromagnetic wave absorption and electromagnetic shielding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the absorbing material, comprising (i) adding 30 ml deionized water and 10 ml graphene oxide (GO) into 150 ml beaker, performing aqueous dispersion having a concentration of 2 mg/ml, stirring vigorously for 2 hours, and ultrasonic for 30 minutes; (ii) adding iron nitrate nonahydrate (Fe(NO3)3.9H2O) and manganese chloride tetrahydrate (MnCl2.4H2O) and stirring vigorously for 90 minutes, where the molar ratio of Fe3+ to Mn2+ satisfies nFe3+:nMn2+=2:1; (iii) adding ammonia water drop-wise to adjust the pH of the mixed dispersion to 11, and vigorously stirring for 10 minutes; (iv) pouring the mixed dispersion into a 50 ml reaction kettle and hydrothermally reacting at 180 degrees C for 24 hours; (v) cooling the mixture to room temperature, repeatedly centrifuging, washing in water for many times to make the pH of the product neutral; and (vi) placing the mixture in a vacuum drying oven, drying at 40 degrees C for 24 hours, and grinding.
