NOVELTY - Composite rubber sealing ring material comprises 85-95 pts. wt. polyurethane rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. neoprene rubber, 8-12 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 45-65 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 5-11 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 11-21 pts. wt. accelerator, 18-34 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 2-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, where the silane coupling agent comprises fluorine-containing silane and the fluorine-containing silane comprises 3,3,3-trifluoropropyltrimethoxysilane. USE - The composite rubber sealing ring material is used for vehicles and in the application of rubber. ADVANTAGE - The composite rubber sealing ring material has excellent mechanical properties, meets the general use requirements of the sealing ring for vehicles, increases the weather resistance in severe low temperature environment and is suitable for low temperature working environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the composite rubber sealing ring material comprising (S1) mixing hydrogenated nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber, neoprene rubber and silane coupling agent into an internal mixer and plasticizing at a temperature of 95-100℃ for 45-50 minutes and at a speed of 240-250 rpm to obtain plasticized rubber, (S2) mixing the plasticized rubber, anti-aging agent, reinforcing agent, vulcanizing agent, plasticizer and crosslinking agent into a mixer and kneading at a temperature of 95-100℃ for 50-60 minutes and at a speed of 200-210 rpm to obtain a mixed rubber and (S3) continuously adding accelerator to the mixed rubber, placing on a vulcanizing machine, pre-curing at 125-130℃ for 10-15 minutes and performing secondary vulcanization at 170-175℃ for 10-15 minutes to obtain the product.
