NOVELTY - The sensor has a substrate (1) provided with electric conducting layers (21, 22), a reaction area and a cover plate (5). An interval layer (3) is coated on the cover plate and fixed with an upper edge opening of a location groove (31). The reaction area is arranged between the location groove and the substrate through the interval layer. The reaction area is made of graphene oxide i.e. glucose specific enzyme. The electric conducting layers are made of gold, palladium, platinum or carbon. The glucose specific enzyme is glucose de-hydrogenase, horseradish peroxidase. USE - Graphene oxide based electrochemical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has simple and easy operation, convenient usage, quick processing speed and high processing precision.
