NOVELTY - Preparation of poly(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride) (PDDA)-functionalized graphene comprises taking graphite oxide solution, ultrasonically processing, stripping to form graphene oxide solution, taking PDDA solution, adding in deionized water, mixing uniformly, adding graphene oxide solution under magnetic stirring condition, continuously stirring, adding hydrazine hydrate, stirring uniformly, placing in a hydrothermal kettle, cooling, centrifuging, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying and obtaining the product. USE - Preparation of PDDA-functionalized graphene (claimed) useful for electroanalytical chemistry. ADVANTAGE - The method provides PDDA-functionalized graphene with improved dispersibility in water and electropositivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of poly(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride) (PDDA)-functionalized graphene comprises taking 80-100 ml of 1 mg/ml graphite oxide solution, ultrasonically processing for 2-3 hours, stripping to form graphene oxide solution, taking 2-3 ml of 20% PDDA solution, adding in 100 ml deionized water, mixing uniformly, adding graphene oxide solution under magnetic stirring condition, continuously stirring for 20-50 minutes, adding 3-4 ml of 80% hydrazine hydrate, stirring uniformly, placing in a hydrothermal kettle at 80-120 degrees C for 2-4 hours, cooling, centrifuging, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying at 60-80 degrees C and obtaining the product.
