NOVELTY - Low-temperature wear-resistant and antistatic polyamide composite material comprises 55-70 wt.% polyamide matrix resin, 5-20 wt.% inorganic fiber, 5 -15 wt.% elastomer, 3-10 wt.% wear-resistant filler, 3 -10wt%. inorganic nano-filler, 3-8 wt.% conductive filler, 0.5-2 wt.% antioxidant, and compatibilizer (remaining amount) and inorganic fiber includes carbon fiber, high silica fiber, and/or basalt fiber and the wear-resistant filler is boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, and/or graphite. USE - The low temperature wear-resistant antistatic polyamide composite material is useful for the bottom material of the ski (claimed), and sports equipment, automobile, chemical engineering and mechanical manufacturing field. ADVANTAGE - The polyamide composite material: has excellent low temperature toughness, wear resistance, heat conduction property, heat conductivity, and anti-static property, and improved strength and surface hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the low-temperature wear-resistant antistatic polyamide composite material, comprising kneading wear-resistant filler and elastomer, extruding, granulating, preparing wear-resistant modified elastomer; (ii) adding inorganic nano-filler, conductive filler and antioxidant into high-speed mixer to mix, adding polyamide matrix resin, wear-resistant modified elastomer, compatibilizer and wear-resistant polymer, continuously mixing uniformly to obtain the mixed material; and (iii) adding the mixture material into double-screw extruder, adding inorganic fiber from the side feeding port of the double-screw extruder, melting and mixing by an extruder, extruding, cooling, drying and cutting, drying, and then preparing low-temperature wear-resistant antistatic polyamide composite material by injection molding machine.
