NOVELTY - Storing graphene involves: suspending graphene in suspended structure which is a substrate storage carrier, to a substrate surface; polishing the suspended structure in substrate such as glass, quartz or plastic. The thickness of the suspended structure substrate is 3-30 mm. USE - Fro storing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method by moving down in the graphene from the metal foil substrate, capable of storing the graphene, taking off, saving time, and the storage is convenient for transportation of the graphene when need to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Storing graphene involves: suspending graphene in suspended structure which is a substrate storage carrier, to a substrate surface; polishing the suspended structure in substrate such as glass, quartz or plastic. The thickness of the suspended structure substrate is 3-30 mm. The method involves: performing polishing treatment to glass, quartz or plastic and/or diamond sand surface, and putting into 2-6 vol.% hydrogen fluoride solution, etching for 20-100 minutes to make the surface of the polished substrate in suspended plastic as a substrate with thickness of 0.5-2 mu m using trichloromethane solvent which is anisole or chlorine which is polymethyl methacrylate solution with the concentration of 3-10% as a protective layer; putting metal foil substrate graphene of second step with 1-20 wt.% ammonium persulfate water solution, where the protective layer upwards, after the metal foil substrate is completely etched to form floating into the deionized water to obtain ammonium persulfate water solution surface of the graphite/overlapped structure layer, forming graphite/overlapped structure layer on clean graphite/protect layer structure to the surface of the substrate suspended structure on the metal foil substrate surface of graphite alkene.
