NOVELTY - A graphite intercalation compound powder is added to composite expansion solution, reacted and filtered, to obtain graphene wormlike aggregate. The graphene wormlike aggregate is washed with deionized water and filtered, to obtain wormlike graphene aggregate of wet material. The worm-like graphene aggregate is washed, added to the composite stripper and ultrasonic-shock-treated. Graphene solution is dispersed in stripping liquid, to form composite solution. The composite solution is flash-dried or freeze-dried, and to obtain graphene powder. USE - Preparation of graphene powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene powder having high quality with high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphite intercalation compound powder is added to composite expansion solution, and reacted at 20-50 degrees C for 2-6 hours, to obtain expanded wormlike aggregate-graphene suspension. The expanded wormlike aggregate-graphene suspension is filtered, to obtain graphene wormlike aggregate. The graphene wormlike aggregate is washed with deionized water to remove metal ion complexing agent, filtered, and pH value is adjusted to 6-8, to obtain wormlike graphene aggregate of wet material. The worm-like graphene aggregate is washed, added to the composite stripper and ultrasonic-shock-treated for 0.5-20 hours. Graphene solution is dispersed in stripping liquid, to form composite solution. The composite solution is flash-dried or freeze-dried to remove water, and to obtain graphene powder with moisture content of less than 5 wt.%.
