NOVELTY - Outdoor anti-infrared temperature-reducing powder coating comprises 55-65 pts. wt. polyester resin, 3-4 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. benzoin, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. wax powder, 5-15 pts. wt. anti-infrared reflection pigment, 10-20 pts. wt. barrier material, 1-3 pts. wt. conductive graphene and 5-10 pts. wt. filler. USE - Used as outdoor anti-infrared temperature-reducing powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good infrared temperature reduction performance of coating pits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing powder coating comprising placing the weighed raw material into the mixer to mix, uniformly mixing the raw materials with the Misek mixer (sic), melting and mixing the raw materials and extruding by an extruder, pressing the extruded bottom material into sheet by a tablet machine, crushing the sheet bottom material by a crusher, crushing the backing material by a crusher, using rotary sieve filter to obtain powder coating and packing the coating into box.
