NOVELTY - Photocatalytic composite dye wastewater treatment material comprises 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 0.5-1 pts. wt. aloe vera powder, 1-2 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 2-4 pts. wt. nanometer titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 1-2 pts. wt. copper acetate, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. bismuth oxide, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. chitosan, 0.5-1 pts. wt. lanthanum nitrate, 5-10 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol and 200-400 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as photocatalytic composite dye wastewater treatment material. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalytic composite dye wastewater treatment material has good de-coloring effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Photocatalytic composite dye wastewater treatment material comprises 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 0.5-1 pts. wt. aloe vera powder, 1-2 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 2-4 pts. wt. nanometer titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 1-2 pts. wt. copper acetate, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. bismuth oxide, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. chitosan, 0.5-1 pts. wt. lanthanum nitrate, 5-10 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol and 200-400 pts. wt. deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of photocatalytic composite dye wastewater treatment material comprising (i) mixing oxidized graphene, nano titanium dioxide, tetrabutyl titanate, anhydrous ethanol and deionized water, heating to boiling with magnetic stirrer, stirring for 1-2 hours under rotational speed of 200-300 revolutions per minute, (ii) cooling the mixture obtained in step (i) to room temperature, adding carbon nanotubes, chloroplast powder, carboxymethyl cellulose, copper acetate, bismuth oxide, chitosan and lanthanum nitrate, stirring for 1-2 hours, carrying out ultrasound system ultrasound for 90-120 minutes, (iii) pouring the mixture obtained in step (ii) into Teflon-lined stainless steel reactor, placing in oven at 180-185 degrees C for 24-26 hours, and (iv) cooling the mixture obtained in step (iii) to room temperature, centrifugal separation, washing with anhydrous ethanol and distilled water for 3 times, placing in a vacuum drying oven at 50-55 degrees C for 96-100 hours drying to obtain final product.
