▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An ultra-thin corrosion-resistant coating comprises two components (A) and (B). The content ratio of isocyanate in component (B) to the hydroxyl substance in component (A) is 0.6-0.8. The component (A) comprises 30-32 wt.% epoxy resin, 0.5-1.5 wt.% silane coupling agent, 1-3 wt.% graphene, 6-10 wt.% titanium dioxide, 7-9 wt.% strontium chrome yellow, 2-5 wt.% mica powder, 2-5 wt.% talc powder, 0.8-1.2 wt.% dispersant, 0.3-0.6 wt.% leveling agent, 0.1-0.2 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.06-0.3 wt.% catalyst and 40-42 wt.% mixed solvent (s1). The component (B) comprises 84-96 wt.% polyisocyanate and 5-10 wt.% mixed solvent (s2). The epoxy resin is a mixture of one or two of epoxy E-06 resin and epoxy E-03 resin. The solvent (s1) is a mixture of cyclohexanone, butanone and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate in a mass ratio of 2:2:1. USE - Ultra-thin corrosion-resistant coating for airborne heat exchanger fin of aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent shielding performance and corrosion resistance when the coating thickness is less than 10 μm, provides high crosslinking system, and effectively prevents corrosion of corrosive media. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating, which involves adding mixed solvent (s1) into a container, stirring, raising the temperature to 80°C, slowly adding epoxy resin, raising the temperature to reflux state, stirring and dissolving the epoxy resin, continuously stirring for 1 hour to obtain an epoxy resin solution, adding silane coupling agent, dispersant, leveling agent, antifoaming agent, graphene, titanium dioxide, strontium chrome yellow, mica powder, talc powder and catalyst to the epoxy resin solution in a stirring state, dispersing and grinding until the fineness is less than 5 μm, filtering and discharging to obtain the component (A), adding the mixed solvent (s2) into polyisocyanate, stirring uniformly, filtering to obtain the component (B), and mixing the components (A) and (B) in an amount such that content ratio of isocyanate in component (B) to the hydroxyl substance in component (A) is 0.6-0.8.
