▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Transfer preparation of ultrathin beta-radiation source involves using poly(methyl methacrylate)/graphene film as cathode and platinum sheet as anode, and depositing beta-radiation source on surface of graphene by electrodeposition to form a film layer. The deposition solution in the electrodeposition includes beta-radiation source, boric acid and ammonium chloride. USE - Transfer preparation of ultrathin beta-radiation source used for micro-components (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The waste of corresponding raw materials due to self-shielding of the beta-radiation source is avoided, and is convenient to assemble into ultra-thin nuclear battery, which is applied to micro components. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view explaining preparation of the ultrathin beta-radiation source. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
