NOVELTY - Light-weight thermal insulation anti-slagging coating comprises 3-6 pts. wt. cellulose, 1.5-2.8 pts. wt. diatomite, 3-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-8 pts. wt. wetting agent, 5-8 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 6-9 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 10-15 pts. wt. modified nano titanium dioxide, 20-35 pts. wt. anti-slagging reinforcement composite material, 60-65 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate and deionized water; the modified nano titanium dioxide comprises 180-220 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 200-240 pts. wt. vinyltrimethoxysilane, and 400-440 pts. wt. normal-hexane; the anti-slagging reinforcement composite material comprises 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. benzylnaphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, 2-8 pts. wt. sorbitan monopalmitate, and 5-9 pts. wt. azodimethoxyisoheptanonitrile. USE - The coating is useful in construction, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, ship, light spinning, storage, transportation, aerospace industry. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has heat insulation, good adhesive force heat preservation, waterproof, fireproof, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistant, and enzyme-resistant properties; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the light-weight thermal insulation anti-slagging coating comprising (1) primarily mixing the diatomite, cellulose, dispersant, wetting agent and deionized water to obtain the first component; (2) impregnating nano-titanium dioxide in normal-hexane solvent of vinyltrimethoxysilane, ultrasonically dispersing, allowing to stand after dispersing, washing the filter residue with water, adding the washed filter residue in drying box to dry and solidifying, making the hydrophobic group of vinyltrimethoxysilane bond to the surface of nano-titanium dioxide, obtain modified nano-titanium dioxide; (3) weighing graphene, benzylnaphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and deionized water, fully mixing and stirring, ultrasonically dispersing through ultrasonic disperser to obtain a graphene dispersion, adding the graphene dispersion, sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, sorbitan monopalmitate, and azodimethoxyisoheptanonitrile into the reactor for reaction, obtaining anti-slagging reinforcing body reinforcing material; (4) mixing the anti-slagging reinforcing body reinforcing material, modified nano-titanium dioxide, heavy calcium carbonate and first component to obtain the second component; (5) mixing the auxiliary agent, the thickener, the first component and the second component to obtain the third component; and (6) pouring the antifoaming agent into third component and at same time need to control the stirrer to stir it, stirring direction should always be kept in the same direction and should not be in contact with the barrel wall until no air bubbles are produced, obtaining light-weight thermal insulation anti-slagging coating.
