▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves forming a graphene layer i.e. intrinsic graphene layer or doped graphene, on a copper foil through a chemistry gas phase deposition growth graphene. Isopropyl alcohol solution is filled into a copper foil/graphene nano silver layer. Electrophoresis is filled in the graphene layer by a nanometer silver layer. A PDMS film is attached on the nanometer silver layer. Impurity ion is dried to prepare ammonium sulfate solution. A target substrate is obtained to remove a graphene/nanometer silver layer to carry out a baking process of the PDMS film. USE - Graphene and nano silver composite preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing graphene and nano silver by using an electrophoresis process so as to reduce contact resistance of nano silver and graphite and improve preparing efficiency of a conductive composite film in an effective manner.
