NOVELTY - Three dimensional printing graphene oxide reinforced cement-based material comprises 100 pts. wt. common silicate cement, 5 pts. wt. retarder, 100 pts. wt. sand, 0.2 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.1 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 27 pts. wt. water, and 3 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion. USE - Used as 3D printing graphene oxide reinforced cement-based material. ADVANTAGE - The material: reduces internal microscopic defects, has good integrity and stability after printing, good printability, and promotes development of 3D printing construction technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing 3D printing graphene oxide reinforced cement-based material comprising (1) preparation of graphene oxide dispersion the solid content of graphene oxide in the dispersion is 1%, dispersing graphene oxide using de-ionized water and ultrasonic combined with an ice water bath, the power of the ultrasonic instrument is 160 W, the cumulative duration of ultrasonic action is 60 minutes, and stirring for every 20 minutes with a glass rod for 3 minutes, and carrying out whole process in an ice water bath, (2) dividing raw materials into four groups, 100 pts. wt. common silicate cement, 5 pts. wt. retarder and 100 pts. wt. sand as first group, 10 pts. wt. water and 0.1 pts. wt. thickening agent as second group, 17 pts. wt. water, 0.2 parts of water reducing agent, and 0.1 parts of antifoaming agent as third group, and 3 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion as fourth group, (3) adding first group of raw materials into concrete electric mixer, setting mixer speed to 60 revolutions/minutes, and stirring for 3 minutes until it is completely mixing and uniform, (4) mixing water and thickening agent in the second group in a clean container until uniform, and adding to mixer under working conditions, (5) mixing raw materials in third group in a clean container until they are uniform, and adding to mixer under working conditions, and (6) adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid of fourth group to mixer in the working state and stirring for 6 minutes to obtain 3D printed graphene oxide reinforced cement-based material.
