NOVELTY - High self-adhesive polyvinyl alcohol-based hydrogel preparation and molding method, involves (a) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and dopamine hydrochloride in deionized water, centrifuging, and drying, (b) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in dimethyl sulfoxide, adding cyclic acid anhydride and triethylamine, reacting, cooling, pouring the obtained product into acetone for precipitation, soaking, washing, and drying to obtain carboxylated polyvinyl alcohol, (c) dissolving carboxylated polyvinyl alcohol in deionized water, and recording as solution (A), (d) ultrasonically dispersed dopamine hydrochloride and graphene oxide-polydopamine in deionized water, and adjusting the pH value to form graphene oxide-polydopamine hybrid crosslinking agent solution as solution (B), and (e) adding 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide to the solution (A) for activation, mixing with the solution (B), pouring to a mold, and crosslinking. USE - High self-adhesive polyvinyl alcohol-based hydrogel preparation and molding method, and used in wearable devices. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel endows with excellent adhesion to material substrates such as human skin, and has stretchable flexibility, electrical conductivity and high sensing sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High self-adhesive polyvinyl alcohol-based hydrogel preparation and molding method, involves (a) ultrasonically dispersing 1 pt. wt. graphene oxide and 1-50 pts. wt. dopamine hydrochloride in 100-5000 pts. wt. deionized water, reacting at room temperature for 30 minutes to 5 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying, (b) dissolving 20 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol in 100-5000 pts. wt. dimethyl sulfoxide, adding 1-10 pts. wt. cyclic acid anhydride and 0.1-5 pts. wt. triethylamine, reacting at 30-100℃ for 1-15 hours, cooling to room temperature, pouring the obtained product into acetone for precipitation, soaking, washing, and drying to obtain carboxylated polyvinyl alcohol, where the degree of polymerization of polyvinyl alcohol is 400-3000, and the degree of alcoholysis is 75-99%, and the cyclic acid anhydride comprises maleic anhydride, succinic anhydride, glutaric anhydride, adipic anhydride, pimelic anhydride, azelaic anhydride, and/or phthalic anhydride, (c) dissolving 20 pts. wt. carboxylated polyvinyl alcohol in 100-5000 pts. wt. deionized water at 90℃, and recording as solution (A), (d) ultrasonically dispersed 1-10 pts. wt. dopamine hydrochloride and 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide-polydopamine in 10-100 pts. wt. deionized water, and adjusting the pH value to 8.5 using sodium hydroxide to form graphene oxide-polydopamine hybrid crosslinking agent solution as solution (B), and (e) adding 1-10 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and 1-10 pts. wt. N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide to the solution (A) for activation, evenly mixing with the solution (B), pouring to a mold, and crosslinking at room temperature to obtain a carboxylated polyvinyl alcohol/graphene oxide-polydopamine high self-adhesive hydrogel.
