NOVELTY - The construction method of high strength and high thermal conductivity three-dimensional graphene heat dissipation material involves (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) highly oriented treating graphene oxide, (iii) freeze-drying to obtain an oxidized graphene foam, (iv) reducing oxidized graphene foam with hydrazine hydrate to obtain a graphene foam, (v) placing the graphene foam in a graphite mold, pressurizing at a constant rate to obtain preform, and (vi) hot-pressing and sintering the preform. USE - Construction of high strength and high thermal conductivity three-dimensional graphene heat dissipation material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the construction of compact three-dimensional graphene heat dissipation material with thermal conductivity of 1800 W/(m.K), high strength, and excellent processing performance.
