NOVELTY - High fatigue strength reinforced composite material comprises 5-7 pts. wt. talc, 90-100 pts. wt. polyformaldehyde, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. ethylene bis stearamide, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. antioxidant 1076, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. silane coupling agent KH-570, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 2-3 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide. USE - High fatigue strength reinforced composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high fatigue strength, plastic compatibility, and synergistic effect. The method is simple, cost-saving and environment-friendly and has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material comprising mixing polyformaldehyde, ethylene bis stearamide and antioxidant 1076, stirring, and vacuum drying at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours; taking nano silicon dioxide, vacuum sintering at 400-450 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding graphene oxide to anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically treating at 90 W for 5-10 minutes, adding talc, dispersing for 20-30 minutes, filtering, washing precipitate with distilled water, drying, mixing silane coupling agent KH-570 and nano silicon dioxide, grinding, processing, adding carbon fiber, preheating, mixing, and stirring; mixing resulting product of first step and remaining raw materials, adding into twin-screw extruder, adding resulting product of second step, mixing, adding natural air, extruding, drawing, cooling, granulating, and vacuum drying at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours; and heating to 150-180 degrees C, adding into injection molding machine, quickly cooling, injecting at 180-190 degrees C, 50-60 MPa, 55-60 mm/second for 15-20 seconds, and molding at 70-80 degrees C.
