▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Boron-nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot prepared by using graphene quantum dots and 10B boric acid aqueous solution as raw materials, where the mass ratio of the graphene quantum dots and the 10B boric acid aqueous solution is 1:2, is claimed. USE - The quantum dot is useful in tumor BNCT treatment medicine, targeting breast cancer tumor tissue and enriching at breast cancer tumor sites (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dot: can be rapidly metabolized and excreted in healthy tissues; and realizes the diagnosis and BNCT treatment of breast cancer tumors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for Preparing the boron-nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots, comprising (a) dissolving soluble starch in water, mixing and stirring to obtain a dissolving solution, adding lysate into the reactor, carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain the reaction solution, centrifuging and filtering the reaction solution, taking the upper layer solution and freeze-drying to obtain graphene quantum dot powder, (b) uniformly mixing graphene quantum dot powder with 10B boric acid aqueous solution, and freeze drying to obtain a powdered product, placing powdered product in a tube furnace and passing ammonia into the tube furnace for reacting to obtain boron-nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots, and (c) washing boron-nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots in hot water, and freeze-drying to obtain boron-nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot powder.
