▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hybrid cutting fluid comprises multilayer graphene and semi-synthetic vegetable based cutting fluid. USE - Hybrid cutting fluid for reducing nickel alloy thermal damage during tangential plane grinding under different cutting conditions. ADVANTAGE - The hybrid cutting fluid reduces damage to ferrous alloys with mild conditions, and improves the physical properties of the fluid. The hybrid cutting fluid applied by the minimal quantity lubrication technique resulted in multiple benefits for the nickel alloy portions, including low roughness values, no change in the microhardness profile of the portion, residual stresses predominant compressive materials, reduction in cracks generated during the process, and besides the operational gain with the reduction of the power required for the process by about 50%.
