NOVELTY - A vanadium pentoxide quantum dot/graphene composite material is prepared by diluting vanadium pentoxide sol with deionized water to obtain vanadium pentoxide solution, measuring and taking aniline solution, dripping aniline solution to vanadium pentoxide solution, stirring, adding graphene dispersion liquid in predetermined proportion into solution, adding deionized water, stirring, carrying out thermostatic water-bath heating processing and hydrothermal reaction of solution, naturally cooling, scrubbing products by absolute ethyl alcohol and drying. USE - Vanadium pentoxide quantum dot/graphene composite material is used as active material of cathode for lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vanadium pentoxide quantum dot/graphene composite material has high purity and dispersity. The lithium-ion battery comprising the vanadium pentoxide quantum dot/graphene composite material has excellent circulation stability and reversible capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A vanadium pentoxide quantum dot/graphene composite material is prepared by diluting 1.1-1.5 mmol vanadium pentoxide sol into 40 ml deionized water in ratio of 0.03:1 to obtain vanadium pentoxide solution, measuring and taking aniline solution, dripping 60 ml aniline solution to vanadium pentoxide solution, stirring, adding graphene dispersion liquid in predetermined proportion into solution, adding 100 ml deionized water, stirring at room temperature, carrying out thermostatic water-bath heating processing of solution, carrying out hydrothermal reaction of solution, naturally cooling solution to room temperature, repetitively scrubbing products by absolute ethyl alcohol and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of vanadium pentoxide quantum dot/graphene composite material.
