▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Sports fabric based on graphene polyamide 6 fiber, comprises 75-85 parts graphene polyamide 6 fiber, 12-17 parts cotton fiber, and 0.5-0.8 parts antibacterial agent. USE - Used as sports fabric based on graphene polyamide 6 fiber. ADVANTAGE - The sports fabric has strong tear resistance, quick sweat absorption, no salt stains, and comfortable skin feel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the fiber, comprising (i) preparation of graphene polyamide 6 fiber as follows (ia) oxidizing graphene oxide by nitric acid solution to obtain graphene oxide with surface carboxylation, dispersing the graphene oxide with surface carboxylation in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent and stirring evenly under nitrogen atmosphere, adding glycidyl trimethylammonium chloride, and solid sodium hydroxide, and reacting at elevated temperature to obtain modified graphene oxide, (ib) mixing caprolactam, benzoic acid and the modified graphene oxide, reacting at elevated temperature, pelletizing by casting tape to obtain polyamide 6 slices, and (ic) taking the polyamide 6 chips, extracting, drying, and adding to a melt spinning machine for melt spinning to obtain graphene polyamide 6 fibers, (ii) pretreatment of graphite polyamide 6 fiber as follows (iia) adding itaconic acid solution to the graphene polyamide 6 fiber obtained in step (i), and immersing the graphene polyamide 6 fiber after activation treatment, taking chitosan and dissolving in acrylic acid, stirring well, heating up the reaction, adding the activated graphene polyamide 6 fiber, stirring well, dropping sodium alginate solution, heating up the reaction to obtain a mixed liquid, and (iib) adding dimethyl azodiisobutyrate into the mixed solution under nitrogen atmosphere, reacting at elevated temperature, adding glycerin and attapulgite powder, stirring, and drying to obtain pretreated graphene polyamide 6 fiber, and (iii) preparation of sports fabric of graphite polyamide 6 fiber as follows taking the graphene polyamide 6 fiber and cotton fiber obtained in step (ii) to arrange into yarn, graphene polyamide 6 fiber as warp yarn, cotton fiber as weft yarn, alternating warp and weft yarns, weave into a grey fabric, and finishing the grey cloth with antibacterial agent and dying to obtain a sports fabric of graphene polyamide 6 fiber.
