▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - MXene/graphene/carbon nano-tube gel comprises two-dimensional MXene sheet layer, graphene nano-sheet and carbon nano-tube that are cross-linked with each other. USE - The MXene/graphene/carbon nano-tube gel is useful for preparing supercapacitor cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The MXene/graphene/carbon nano-tube gel has high multiplying power and long service life. The three-dimensional hierarchical porous open structure effectively inhibits serious stacking and agglomeration of two-dimensional MXene sheet layer, improves surface utilization rate of MXene material; increases number of active sites, and specific capacity of material. The graphene and the vitamin C can inhibit oxidation of MXene, so that the gel has good oxidation resistance. The porous structure can be utilized as reservoir to shorten diffusion path of electrolyte ion and improve rate characteristic of electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the MXene/graphene/carbon nano-tube gel, comprising: (i) preparing MXene dispersion by utilizing titanium-aluminum carbide, hydrochloric acid and lithium fluoride; (ii) preparing graphite oxide dispersion by improved Hummer's method; (iii) preparing carbon nano-tube dispersion by carbon nano-tube; and (iv) magnetically stirring MXene dispersion, graphite oxide dispersion and carbon nano-tube dispersion to mix uniformly, and adding L-cysteine and vitamin C, continuously stirring to mix uniformly, and reacting for 1-12 hours at 50-85degrees Celsius; and (2) preparing supercapacitor cathode material, comprising: soaking MXene/graphene/carbon nano-tube gel in ultra-pure water, cleaning, and slicing.
