▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A device comprises orderly connected storage unit, pre-mixing unit, microchannel reaction unit, gas-liquid separating unit, solid-liquid separating unit and product purifying unit. The storage unit is used for independently storing oxygen-containing gas, raw material and catalyst dispersion. The raw material is mono-substituted or double-substituted benzene, 4-6C alkane or 6-12C cycloalkane. The substituent of mono-substituted or double-substituted benzene is 1-4C alkane. The product purifying unit is further connected to pre-mixing unit through circulating pipeline. USE - Catalytic oxidation device. ADVANTAGE - The device uses oxygen to oxidize and gas-liquid phase to performs catalytic reaction on microchannel reaction unit to fully mix alkane and oxygen, catalytically generates oxidation product, does not need nitric acid as oxidant, greatly reduces production cost, avoids environment pollution problem, takes high-efficiency mass transfer microchannel of reactor, greatly improves reaction efficiency, separates product after separating reaction residual liquid and catalyst dispersion for co-circulating, and realizes full use of raw material and catalyst.
