NOVELTY - A graphene-modified resin packaging material comprises 50-70 pts. wt., preferably 70 pts. wt. graphene powder, 20-40 pts. wt., preferably 40 pts. wt. organic solution, 50-70 pts. wt., preferably 70 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-30 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. toughener, 10-30 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. tackifier, 10-30 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. modified anticorrosion additive, 10-30 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. UV absorber, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. n-butyl acrylate, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. vinyltriethoxysilane, 10-30 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. ethylene glycol mixed solution, 10-20 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. fluorosilicone acrylate polymer emulsion, 40-60 pts. wt., preferably 60 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, and 10-30 pts. wt., preferably 30 pts. wt. hardener. USE - Graphene-modified resin packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified resin packaging material is not damaged by environmental factors, and has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the packaging material, which involves pouring the graphene powder and organic solution into a stirring tank, stir-mixing for 30-40 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene dispersed slurry, stir-mixing the epoxy resin, toughener, tackifier, modified anticorrosion additive, and UV absorber for 1-2 hours to obtain a modified resin packaging material, pouring the processed graphene dispersed slurry and modified resin packaging material into a heating stirring cylinder, stir-mixing for 30-40 minutes, heating at 50-65 degrees C, adding methyl methacrylate, n-butyl acrylate, ethylene glycol mixed solution, fluorosilicone acrylate polymer emulsion, and coupling agent, heating and stirring for 2-3 hours, adding to a drying furnace, adding the hardener, and drying and curing for 2-3 hours.
