NOVELTY - A calcium-magnesium-carbon refractory material comprises 100-120 pts. wt. calcium magnesium sand particles, 40-50 pts. wt. calcium magnesium sand powder, 15-35 pts. wt. nano magnesium oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. nano calcium oxide, 20-35 pts. wt. zirconia, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. additives, 7-12 pts. wt. binding agent and 5-12 pts. wt. carbon nanofibers. USE - Calcium-magnesium-carbon refractory material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compact calcium-magnesium-carbon refractory material has high volume density, reduced porosity and excellent strength, oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance, and is manufactured efficiently by simple method with high productivity.
