USE - Graphene-organosilicon modified polyurethane resin synthetic leather. ADVANTAGE - The leather has good anti-static property, good abrasion resistance, high crosslinking density, good chemical resistance and no pollution. The preparation of graphene-organosilicon modified polyurethane resin synthetic leather comprises mixing graphene-organosilicon modified polyurethane resin, fluorine modified alkyd resin, propylene glycol monobutyl ether, leveling agent, foaming agent, filler, water-based colorant, plasticizer, ammonium stearate emulsion and deionized water into container, stirring, filtering, adding thickening agent and adjusting viscosity to obtain coating liquid; placing coating liquid into intelligent dynamic foam generator to obtain foam, and coating on leather cloth; and drying under oven to obtain graphene-silicone modified polyurethane resin synthetic leather. The graphene-organosilicon-modified urethane resin comprises polyisocyanate, polyol, polyamine chain extender, oligomeric polyol, dimethylol propionic acid, silicone, bis(tributyltin) oxide, graphene, neutralizing agent and deionized water.
