NOVELTY - Polystyrene building material comprises 6-8 pts. wt. zirconium oxychloride, 7-9 pts. wt. nickel chloride, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. styrene, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. polystyrene, 100-110 pts. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, 6-9 pts. wt. scolecite, 0.4-1 pts. wt. amide, 2-3 pts. wt. barium stearate, 1.7-2 pts. wt. diacetone alcohol, 0.8-1 pts. wt. benzene dicarboxylic acid dibutyl ester, 0.3-1 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, 1-2 pts. wt. beeswax, 0.8-1 pts. wt. zinc ricinoleate. USE - Used as polystyrene building material. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the gap and insulating performance of the finished material after processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polystyrene building material comprising (i) adding the calcium zeolite in 700-750 degrees C for 1-2 hour, cooling, grinding into fine powder, using 4-6 wt.% sodium carbonate, adding to the mixed material weight 2-3 times of de-ionized water, at 70-80 degrees C, stirring until the water is dried, to obtain pre-treated stone powder, (ii) mixing the graphene oxide and adding to 200-300 times its weight of deionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 100-120 minutes to obtain the graphene dispersion liquid, (iii) adding the zirconium oxychloride, nickel, adding to 70-100 times of the weight of the mixed material in the deionized water, stirring uniformly, mixing with the graphene dispersion liquid, stirring uniformly, feeding into the reaction kettle, dripping concentration is 10-14 % of ammonia water, adjusting pH value to 10-11, heating at 190-200 degrees C, carrying out heat preservation, stirring for 6-7 hours, discharging, filtering, washing the precipitate for 2-3 times, drying for 76-80 degrees C for 20-25 hours, to obtain pre-treated graphene, (iv) mixing the graphene pre-processing, pre-processing tourmaline powder, mixing, adding the mixed material by 100-110 times of dimethyl formamide, adding amide, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours to obtain dispersion of amide, (v) adding the 2-benzimidazole is added to the weight of the water is 7-10 times of anhydrous ethanol, stirring uniformly, raising temperature to 54-60 degrees C, adding the zinc ricinoleate, preserving temperature and stirring for 6-10 minutes, adding the diacetone alcohol, stirring to normal temperature to obtain the alcohol dispersion, (6) adding the styrene to 17-20 times its weight of dimethyl formamide, stirring for 16-20 minutes, mixing, stirring uniformly, adding the dibenzoyl peroxide, introducing nitrogen, stirring and keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours at 70-75 degrees C, sending into the oven, drying at 120-130 degrees C, discharging and cooling to obtain polymer-modified graphene, (vii) using polymer-modified graphene, polystyrene mixed and sent to the mixer, adding the rest raw materials, raising temperature to 180-190 degrees C, keeping the temperature and heating for 10-12 minutes, cooling to normal temperature, into the flat vulcanizing machine at 190-200 degrees C at pressure of 10- 15 MPa, keeping the pressure for 3-4 minutes, cooling, grinding into fine powder to obtain the product.
