NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible self-supporting paper graphene film involves carrying out improved Hummers method to graphite as the raw material to prepare graphene oxide water solution, adding the oxidized graphite oxide water solution into hydroxylamine ethanol solution, heating and evaporating ethanol to obtain flexible self-supporting paper graphene film. USE - For preparation of flexible self-supporting paper graphene film (claimed), useful for electrode material of super capacitor, mechanical actuator and a thermally conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The product prepared by the method has good flexibility, high electrical conductivity and high thermal conductivity. The method has simple operation, and is one step process.
