NOVELTY - A vertical graphene composite heat conducting copper foil comprises copper foil substrate layer adhered with first plane graphene layer at surface and provided with second plane graphene layer at bottom. The surface of first plane graphene layer is provided with first vertical graphene layer adhered with first plane graphene layer. The surface of second plane graphene layer is provided with second vertical graphene layer adhered with second plane graphene layer. USE - Vertical graphene composite heat conducting copper foil. ADVANTAGE - The vertical graphene layer has high surface density, high density, high consistency and high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the vertical graphene composite heat conducting copper foil comprising ultrasonically cleaning copper foil with acetone, isopropanol, diluted hydrochloric acid and deionized water for 10 minutes, putting in annealing furnace, annealing under inert gas atmosphere, cooling to room temperature to obtain pretreated copper foil, fixing by quartz frame, suspending in quartz tube of plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition device, introducing protective gas into plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition device, heating up, introducing carbon source after reaching set reaction temperature and performing chemical vapor deposition reaction on copper foil substrate.
