NOVELTY - Antibacterial high temperature resistant polyethylene film comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 3-5 pts. wt. shell powder, 5-10 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. phytic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. octaphenyl caged sesquisiloxane, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. processing additive, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. composite antibacterial agent and 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as antibacterial high temperature resistant polyethylene film. ADVANTAGE - The method: has excellent compatibility; the prepared polyethylene film has high strength, heat resistant, high temperature resistance, excellent stability, not easy to age, strong antibacterial effect, anti-aging, excellent processing performance, simple process and low cost, excellent ink adhesion and pigment adhesion, and not easy to fall off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antibacterial high temperature resistant polyethylene film comprising (i) mixing polyethylene, polyisobutylene, shell powder, nano calcium carbonate, phytic acid, octaphenyl caged silsesquioxane and graphene, carrying out surface modification by stirring at a temperature of 80-100 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified mixture, (ii) adding modified mixture, coupling agent, processing additive, composite antibacterial agent and antioxidant into the high-mixer, and kneading at 80-100 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixed material, and (3) adding the mixture material into conical twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation, and then extruding the film by a plastic film blowing machine to obtain polyethylene film.
