NOVELTY - Preparing two-component paint composition, comprises adding hydroxyacrylic resin dispersion, defoamer, leveling agent, dispersant, film-forming aid, bactericide, and thickening into a stirring container containing water in sequence, where the stirring speed is 300-400 revolutions/minute and the dispersion is 15- 20 minutes, adding pigment and matting powder, increasing the stirring speed to 2000-2300 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 50-60 minutes, adding modified graphene suspension, stirring under speed of 500-600 revolutions/minute, the dispersion time is 5-10 minutes, adding in a cool place after eliminating air bubbles to obtain component A, adding curing agent B component, stirring under a rate of 200-300 revolutions/minute, adding water to dilute to the construction viscosity, and filtering through a 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain a two-component water-based polyurethane coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing two-component paint composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition has extremely high corrosion resistance sex. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing two-component paint composition, comprises adding hydroxyacrylic resin dispersion, defoamer, leveling agent, dispersant, film-forming aid, bactericide, and thickening into a stirring container containing water in sequence, where the stirring speed is 300-400 revolutions/minute and the dispersion is 15- 20 minutes, adding pigment and matting powder, increasing the stirring speed to 2000-2300 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 50-60 minutes, adding modified graphene suspension, stirring under speed of 500-600 revolutions/minute, the dispersion time is 5-10 minutes, adding in a cool place after eliminating air bubbles to obtain component A, adding curing agent B component, stirring under a rate of 200-300 revolutions/minute, adding water to dilute to the construction viscosity, and filtering through a 200-mesh filter cloth to obtain a two-component water-based polyurethane coating. The modified graphene suspension contains 15-20 wt.% double bond-rich sulfonyl modified graphene, 1- 2 wt.% surfactant and deionized water.
