EPDM rubber, 6-12 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 3-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. accelerator, 40-50 pts. wt. white carbon black, 10-20 pts. wt. paraffin oil, and 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, putting the butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber and nitrile rubber into the kneader to make the kneader to ensure that the roller distance of the kneader is below 1mm, plasticize for 3-5 minutes. The plasticized material is placed in the opener again for plasticizing, ensuring that the roller distance of the opener is below 1mm, plasticized for 8-10 minutes to obtain semi-finished mixed rubber.
