NOVELTY - Preparation of amino-functionalized graphene quantum dot/titanium dioxide nanotube array composite material, involves preparing precursor by dispersing in pyrene after treatment, immediately placing in reactor, adding mixture of ammonia and hydrazine hydrate, stirring, adding prepared titanium dioxide nanotube arrays, reacting at 185-220 degrees C, cooling to room temperature after the completion of reaction, washing the titanium dioxide nanotube array using deionized water and obtaining amino-functionalized graphene quantum dot/titanium dioxide nanotube array composite material. USE - Preparation of amino-functionalized graphene quantum dot/titanium dioxide nanotube array composite material for use in nano apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and the prepared amino-functionalized graphene quantum dot/titanium dioxide nanotube array three-dimensional electrode has high capacity performance, and the current density of 0.5 mA/cm2 and surface capacity of 281 mF/cm2. The amino-functionalized graphene quantum dot/titanium dioxide nanotube array three-dimensional electrode shows an attractive application prospect in the technical field of new energy nano apparatuses. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of amino-functionalized graphene quantum dot/titanium dioxide nanotube array composite material involves preparing 30-40 mL of precursor by dispersing in pyrene after treatment, immediately placing in 80 mL Teflon (RTM: PTFE) reactor, adding mixture of ammonia and hydrazine hydrate, stirring, adding prepared titanium dioxide nanotube arrays having size of 1.2 cmx 1.4 cm, reacting at 185-220 degrees C for 5-20 hours, cooling to room temperature after the completion of the reaction, washing the titanium dioxide nanotube array using deionized water, and obtaining amino-functionalized graphene quantum dot/titanium dioxide nanotube array composite material.
