NOVELTY - A high-density polyethylene composite plastic double wall corrugated pipe comprises 40-60 pts. wt., preferably 50 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 8-18 pts. wt., preferably 13 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 3-9 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. polybenzimidazole fiber, 4-10 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 4-12 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. graphene particles, 3-9 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 2-4 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. antibacterial toughening masterbatch, 3-9 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 5-12 pts. wt., preferably 9 pts. wt. attapulgite powder, 4-10 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax, 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt., preferably 2 pts. wt. nano silicon powder, 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 1 pt. wt. nano silver and 4-10 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. USE - High-density polyethylene composite plastic double wall corrugated pipe. ADVANTAGE - The degradable ultrahigh molecular weight high-density polyethylene composite plastic double wall corrugated pipe has excellent pressure resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and leakage-proof property, and prolonged service life, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the corrugated pipe, which involves (A) mixing chlorinated polyethylene, polybenzimidazole fiber, carbon fiber, graphene particles, carbon nanotubes, antibacterial toughening masterbatch, light calcium carbonate and attapulgite powder, and adding to stirring reactor for high-speed stirring at 3000-4000 rpm for 8-20 minutes to obtain mixture (I), (B) mixing oxidized polyethylene wax, nano titanium dioxide, nano silicon powder and crosslinking agent, and adding to stirring reactor for low-speed stirring at 200-400 rpm for 5-12 minutes to obtain mixture (II), (C) adding mixture (I) to mixture (II), adding high-density polyethylene and nano silver, and mixing at 160-180 degrees C to obtain mixture (III), (D) adding mixture (III) to inner and outer extruders, plasticizing, extruding, and molding.
