NOVELTY - Reactor comprises an ultrasonic instrument (1-6), a heating type stirring mechanism and a material circulating mechanism. The ultrasonic instrument comprises a reaction box body (1-5). The heating type stirring mechanism comprises a stirring impeller (1-3) with a heating rod (1-4). The stirring impeller, a heating rod is set in the reaction box body. The material circulating mechanism comprises a feeding pipe (1-10). The feeding end and the discharging end of the feeding pipe are connected with the reaction box body. The feeding pipe is located between the feeding end and the discharging end is provided with a pumping pump. USE - The reactor is useful for mass production of fuel cell/water electrolysis cell catalysts. ADVANTAGE - The reactor has controllable reaction temperature, design material circulation mechanism solves the sedimentation problem of the reaction slurry at the bottom of the reaction tank body, does not need high pressure and high temperature environment, has low energy consumption, catalyst product has good consistency and is suitable for batch production.
