▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - System for preparing graphene oxide by spectral monitoring, comprises a spectrometer (1) and a micro-channel reactor (7). The micro-channel reactor comprises a micro-channel for inputting graphite and oxidant for mixing and reacting. The spectrometer is used for measuring the spectrum in the process of graphite oxidation in the micro-channel, and obtaining the instantaneous conversion rate of graphite oxidation reaction. Multiple storage tanks and collection tanks are set to store the suspension of graphene and intercalating agent. USE - Used as system for preparing graphene oxide by spectral monitoring. ADVANTAGE - The system combines the micro-channel reactor for spectrum detection in the process of graphite real-time obtaining process of the oxidation reaction. The conversion rate of the graphite reaction is equal to the oxidized graphite amount/total amount of original graphite according to the conversion rate can judge graphite process. The system can avoid excessive reaction condition in the production process e.g. long time, at the same time, it can avoid the reaction is not sufficient, resulting in post-processing step is increased, or even production batch is poor. In addition, the system can provide effective means for reaction dynamics research, can research temperature, flow rate, reaction ratio and other conditions of reaction rate, calculating oxidation reaction rate constant, and obtaining reaction activation energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene oxide using the system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the system for preparing graphene oxide by spectral monitoring. 1Spectrometer 2Laser 3First storage tank 4Second storage tank 5First feeding pump 6Second feeding pump 7Micro-channel reactor 8Collecting tank 11Objective lens
