NOVELTY - Counter electrode comprises graphene coating layer and phosphate coating layer, where lower plate is coated with phosphate coating layer. USE - Counter electrode for dye sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The counter electrode has enhanced corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing counter electrode, which involves: (A) coating the substrate with graphene coating layer at 450-650 degrees C; and (B) coating the preheated lower plate with phosphate coating layer through vapor deposition method in presence of methane gas at 300-900 degrees C to obtain desired product.
